Their Brief: Both police stations required new washrooms that would provide long-term durability, easy maintenance and improved hygiene. Working with Morgan Sindall Construction, the project involved a full strip-out and refurbishment of multiple welfare area washrooms. The specification focused on enhanced hygiene, better water efficiency, robust durability and a clean, professional aesthetic.
