In early 2014, owner of The Copper Kettle, a Freehouse Bar in the heart of Surbiton, has been in operation for over 10 years, and has recently re-opened after a major refurbishment to the front of house areas. The pub has undertaken a total transformation including the décor. Landlady, Madeline Bartley set out to update the entire bar and washroom, ‘I was keen to undertake a total refurbishment with the aim of creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for customers.’

‘Prior to the refurbishment, I undertook considerable research over the internet to source suppliers and selected Bushboard Washrooms for the washroom cubicles.’

The Sanitaryware Company’s exclusive range, SanCeram was used with the Bushboard Washrooms pre-plumbed system. Madeline chose the slim line Marden basin and wall hung Chartham WC, adding a touch of sophistication to the ladies and gents washrooms and ideal for busy washrooms within bar and food establishments.

The newly refurbished bar and washroom area is now unrecognisable and the customers are full of praise, ‘I have recently re-opened as The Copper Kettle, with the aim of starting the food operation within the next month or so. I have received numerous complimentary comments from my customers regarding both the decor and the washroom areas.’
