The Sanitaryware Company were approached by a well-established architect and property developer looking for contemporary sanitaryware to compliment the minimalist design of his new project in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. After reviewing the designs we were delighted to provide a number of our SanCeram and Brassware products to fit with the overall design of the home. The Chartham and Langley ranges were chosen to give each room a distinctive look whilst retaining the home's modern design.
Contemporary Design
In the master bedroom ensuite, a contemporary design was desired, with this in mind the Langley range was selected to ensure a luxurious high-end finish. The minimalist Langley wall mounted WC and single flush concealed cistern were installed to the ensuite, concealing all pipework providing a clean finish to the bathroom. His and Hers Langley vessel basins were installed on a sleek countertop unit creating a feature piece within the bathroom. Vision tall basin taps in chrome were chosen to complement the vessel basins due to their reflective and sleek design.
Traditional Touch
The main bathroom needed to fit with the minimalist design of the home whilst maintaining elements of a traditional bathroom. The Langley wall mounted WC and concealed cistern were installed here to reflect the look of the ensuite. For the traditional touch, the Chartham 450 wall hung basin and chrome plated brass bottle trap were fitted providing a sleek and traditional finish. A chrome Vision mixer tap and chrome slotted click-clack were fixed to the basin maintaining the chrome finish throughout the bathroom.
Sleek Shower Space
For the shower room, a sleek and clean design was needed whilst retaining the high-end finish of the other bathrooms. The built-in, tiled shower area had the Methven ceiling mounted shower head installed with a thermostatic mixer valve and Kiri handset providing a luxurious shower area for guests. The Langley wall mounted WC and Chartham 450 wall hung basin were again chosen to finish the bathroom to remain consistent with the style and design of the other bathrooms in the home.
