Completed in 1976 Richmonds Magistrates’ court is a building of Architectural merit, built in a contemporary and modernist style serving four decades as a court house. Richmonds Magistrates’ Court now known as The Old Court House has recently been redeveloped into new offices for William Grant and Sons, a family owned distiller and distributor of Scotch whiskey.

With a full Grade A specification the building has been remodelled internally including a showroom, a bar and state of the art offices whilst most of the individuality and character of the building has been kept untouched.

To complement the new luxury offices our SanCeram Langley range was chosen for the entire building including in the new shower and locker facilities. The Langley range has an elegant, high end design perfect for The Old Court House.

Langley Wall Hung WCs were selected for use throughout the whole building, offering a minimalistic design with a floating appearance. The rimless design offers unrivalled hygiene and easy maintenance. Paired with our Langley slim, soft close seat and cover, the Langley range creates a modern washroom with smooth clean lines for the William Grant and Sons team.

In the shower area the Langley WCs were paired with our SanCeram Langley Vessel Basins, a simple and sleek design matching perfectly with the WCs creating a smooth flowing and consistent finish across the WC and shower area. Our Langley range not only provides a stand out design that will set your washroom apart but offers practicality and space saving solutions. With space underneath the WC and no hidden or concealed areas, Wall Hung WCs ensure easy cleaning and maintenance.

In the male washrooms SanCeram Marden Urinals were chosen, the urinals have a concealed bottle trap meaning that all fittings are hidden, creating a similar floating appearance as the WCs.

With a 25 year guarantee on our Ceramics, Langley will serve The Old Court House for years to come.
