Alder Park Medical Centre, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital Case Study

Our Client: Alder Park Medical Centre, part of the wider Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, is connected to one of Europe’s largest and busiest children’s hospitals. More than just a hospital, it’s a holistic health campus that combines world class clinical care, cutting-edge research, academic excellence, mental health services and vibrant green spaces.

Their Brief: Optimus Facilities were appointed to deliver the complete Mechanical & Electrical design and installation for the refurbishment of the three storey Alder Park Medical Centre. The project required a fully HTM compliant solution and we were delighted to provide the sanitaryware that also needed to be modern and water efficient, meeting the high standards of such a demanding healthcare environment.

SanCeram Cleaners Sink with Deva Lever Action Bib Taps:

• Cleaners Sink manufactured from hardwearing and durable Fireclay, with built in high splash back ideal for janitorial use

• Paired with WRAS approved, easy to use bib taps, with quarter turn levers and ceramic discs to ensure smooth operation

SanCeram Back To Wall WC Doc M Pack:

• This all-in-one pack includes every essential component needed to create a fully compliant accessible washroom

• The pack features a modern rimless WC, designed to deliver powerful, efficient flushing without the traditional rim where bacteria and limescale can build up. This rimless technology promotes improved hygiene while also using less water per flush
