Our Client
South Lambeth Road Practice is a GP surgery based in the London Borough of Lambeth, providing NHS services to a registered patient list of around 10,000 people. The practice is part of the North Lambeth Primary Care Network (NLPCN), a local partnership of GP practices working together with community services, mental health teams, social care, pharmacies, hospitals and voluntary organisations.
Their Brief
Thomas Sinden were appointed to deliver the modernisation and refurbishment of the surgery on behalf of NHS Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group. Works involved a complete internal strip-out, followed by remodelling and upgrades aimed at enhancing both the functionality and user experience of the facility. This included new WC facilities and the installation of high-quality, modern sanitaryware. Hygiene, HBN compliance and smart water management were at the forefront of the scheme to ensure the surgery is equipped to meet the highest standards of healthcare provision.
Our Solution
Our in-house SanCeram sanitaryware range was selected due to a strong emphasis on HBN compliance, water efficiency and sustainability goals. The original specification was switched to SanCeram, delivering a cost saving of over £4,000 for the scheme without compromising on quality or compliance.
